Is Social Content Marketing right for my business?
Our Social + Content Marketing packages are designed for home improvement small business contractors, like Painters, Cleaners, Landscapers, for example, looking to grow sales. We do all the work required to attract and develop a stead flow of qualified prospects for your business. Our system is proven effective in over 12 years of application, across hundreds of companies.
What happens after my order?
We'll want to get to know more about you and your goals. You'll be prompted to book a consultation to discuss the details of your campaign and to help us understand your business specialty, the strengths of your service delivery. You will be assigned an account manager who will be your contact person.
What if I don't have a blog?
We'll setup and host a blog for you.
Some websites need adjustments to effectively use content marketing. We need to make sure that your website is set up with the proper security and tracking pixels and we that your Google tags are installed and working correctly to collect the needed traffic analytics.
How long will it take to see traffic?
Identifying your target audience on social media is a process that requires reviewing data collected over many days and adjusting focus. Depending on the level of website and social media site preparation needed, along with the budget for promotions, it can take about three weeks to see traffic to your Facebook page and about 5 weeks for website traffic. Once traffic begins to flow, website visitor analytics begins to drive the process and traffic grows faster.
Do I have to make a booking?
We do a face to face meeting via zoom or messanger to get a clear picture of the needs of your business. Getting to know you helps up customize your package and ensure that you are positioned to handle the growth in your business. We dont just care about seeing your numbers increase, we care about the solid growth and success of you and your business.
Why do you check my website security?
We want to make sure that your site files and data are being stored and backed up correctly so that you don't lose any important company assets. This is an extra perk for you.
Who finds the content?
We find the content for you. Once you have comleted your profile with your account managers, they know the type of content your business will need.
Who writes the articles?
There are 2 types of articles written, blog posts and summary posts. We supply a number of blog posts and summary posts based on the package your business has chosen. They are written by our copywriters.
Can I order more content?
We have add on services for those who are wanting a little more. Just speak to an account manager, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more prices and details. Prices can vary depending on the level of copywrite needed.
Can I write and use my own articles for promotion?
Yes, if you have a package that contains blog post articles, we would encourage you to provide original content, after all you are the expert in your field. We would be pleased to post and promote your original content. For those who do not have the time to write, or do not want to write, it is not necessary for you to provide original content. Although we may ask for guidance to ensure your content is authoritative, we have a team of professional copywriters to create content for you.
Are images included?
We encourage you to give us as many high qualiity images for your brand as possible. However, images used in content marketing promotions are normally supplied by us.
Who curates the images?
We curate all images using our marketing kit software. Depending on placement, some images will come from the business owner, other images are chosen by us and/or our software.
What are advertising fees? How are they different from marketing package fees?
Advertising fees cover the variable fees that are incurred daily for placing ads on social media platforms.
While marketing package fees cover the cost of services for content and ad creation, copywriting services, traffic analysis, strategy planning and coaching. Advertising fees cover the rental cost for using social media advertising space.
What is the difference between the Builder Package and the Expander Package?
The Builder Package is the typical package used by businesses for ongoing year round advertising campaigns. The Expander Package gives a stronger push and is normally used for 6-12 months to push out new sales, products or to roll out new lines or departments.
Can I cancel my order?
Our digital marketing services are offered on a month to month subscription basis. If at any time you wish to cancel your subscription with us, you can do so by getting in touch with your account manager or by email at email@example.com.
Refund Policy Please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds. Upon request of cancellation services will continue as usual until the end of your billing period, at which point we will cancel your subscription and remove your billing information from our system. If you wish to return and continue with our services at any time, you will need to provide your payment information again via our secure billing form.
Early Cancellation Fee If you've signed up on a 6 month contract and choose to cancel our services before the end of the term, you are subject to pay 50% the outstanding balance of your remaining term in full.
Signing on to work with a new team is tough without first meeting them to see if you like their style and hear about their approach to the task. So... to help you decide, we'll refund your payment if you notify us of your change of heart --for any reason-- within 24 hours of our initial conversation to discuss the details of your project.
